Shipping Policy (Pakistan)

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation or payment verification.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

• Major cities: 2–4 business days
• Other cities and remote areas: 3–7 business days
• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout.
• Free shipping may be offered on orders above a specified amount or during promotional campaigns.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available in most serviceable areas across Pakistan.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and make payment at delivery.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email to track your shipment.

Failed Deliveries

• If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the parcel may be returned. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
